Our mission is to create a global movement that celebrates and empowers girls at key life stages
“Try to figure out who you really are and not who you want other people to think you are”
Selma Hayek

We're here to create a space where girls can connect, share, learn and grow together.
But we’re not stopping there. Our goal is to expand and include access for all girls to easy information and shame-free sustainable products, no matter circumstance, religion or location.
Because when girls show up and support each other, anything is possible,
From girls to tween and tween to teen, we're here to support and uplift girls as they journey through life's many milestones.

Alicia's vision is clear: to create a global movement for girls who confidently celebrate their unique and extraordinary selves and stand boldly in their power. She believes in equal access to opportunities for every girl, regardless of background or circumstance.
Driven by her passion for creating change for girls, Alicia is not just a leader but a fierce advocate for girls' empowerment. She's committed to fostering a community where every girl feels seen, heard, and valued.

At this crucial time, support is key. By creating a space where girls feel valued and encouraged, we can help them build resilience and confidence to face whatever comes their way.
The Extraordinary Girls Collective is here to empower girls to be themselves, celebrate their strengths, and move forward with confidence. Beyond our Gift Boxes, we offer insightful stories and resources and soon will also be offering mentoring programs.

When girls are around 9 years old, they are often confident, assertive, and feel great about themselves. But as they move into their teenage years, things change. Challenges arise, and self-esteem can take a hit. In fact, according to a 1991 study by the American Association of University Women, less than a third of high school girls feel as confident as they did when they were 9.
As they grow, girls face a mix of exciting milestones and tough hurdles—from dealing with puberty and starting high school to making new friends and figuring out their place in the world. They juggle academic pressures, social expectations, and the rapid pace of a digital age, all while trying to maintain a sense of who they are.
