Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We use Australia Post and our reliable couriers for dispatching orders across Australia. You will receive tracking information once your order is ready for dispatch. We also provide free local pick up in Woodend, Victoria.

Shipping Charges:

We offer a flat rate shipping service of $19.99 across Australia. Free shipping over $200 applies to all orders.

Local Delivery:

We are based in the Macedon Ranges and all our gift boxes are packed and shipped from there. You can avoid shipping fees with free local pickup and drop-off in Woodend. After placing your order, simply select Local Pick Up/ Drop Off at checkout. Your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll receive an email with instructions when it's ready!

Transit Times:

Shipping transit time is 3-10 business days depending on your location. If you have not received your order within 13 business days, please notify us by email at hello@girlscollective.com.au

Wrong Address or Change of Details:

We understand that our customers can change their minds or make mistakes at checkout. If a change of mind or modification to an order is required, please contact us on the same day for this to be honoured as we may have already processed your order after that.

Lost in Transit:

In the unlikely event that your gift box and products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at  hello@girlscollective.com.au immediately, this will be given special priority and we will endeavour to repair or replace your item/s as soon as possible. For any incorrect items received, all delivery charges will be refunded back to you onto your credit or debit card,

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your items, please get in touch with us immediately via hello@girlscollective.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number to check it's status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your confirmation email, please get in touch with us at hello@girlscollective.com.au
